At AXORA FASHION, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
• Returned with original packaging and tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Earrings for hygiene reasons
• Customized or personalized products
• Clearance or final sale items
• Wigs that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once processing or shipping has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.
